BOREDOM =FRUSTRATION=ANGER
Hey friends, this is my first blogpost. And I am excited to share my ideas with you. Today I have chosen the topic 'of getting bored and interesting way to handle it'. In today's rat racing world, we millanial are easily bored. And boredom caries too much negativty. It causes frustration, anger etc. And that's too much negatively to handle at the same time. So here are few "fun ways" to drive it out. I have jotted down some points based on own experience and likings. Look forward to some comments from you on my suggestion

1. Awareness _Know your mind and track your thoughts because Thoughts are things believe it or not your thoughts today are physical realities tomorrow. So first of all boredom is really negative emotions wich must be avoided as much as possible.

2 .Books -Any book a day keeps boredom away .Now when do we actually get bored when there is nothing to do, so what could be better other than reading books. You will be transmuted to a whole new world and you never know it may become a hobby

3. Cooking and "not eating"- Try to cook rather just sitting with a bowl of chips. you will be amused at our creation further fill your stomach and others too.If you are a beginner go simply with salads or sandwiches, if you cook regularly master it or create your signature dish.

4 .Get Out - Simply get up wear your favorite t shirt...look good and get out.It can be anything just a walk or some museum or window shopping or just a walk.

5. Down the memory lane - The old album's which reminds you of mesmerising memories will instantly fill your heart's with joy and happiness. Positive vibes drive out boredom and make a happy you. Reading old diaries of yours (if you write) is pure entertainment and if not you may start one.

6. Music- the healing procedure which has a cure from anything to everything; whether it is sleep meditation or some groovy music it can instantly change your mood.

7. Cleaning Meditation - Yes I agree many consider it boring itself but few people know how magical is meditation. Remove negative emotions in 15 minutes Sit down close your eyes and relax for 4 -to 5 minutes and dwell upon the idea that "the network of previous thoughts are evaporating and leaving my constitution" doing it consistently will make you feel lighter and happier within 2 days.

8. Make nitty gritty changes - We often get bored with the way we look, the way we carry ourselves. So stop complaining and try making tiny changes like Chandil your hairstyle or being more concerned about the way you look. Developing healthy habits is another way to kick out boredom.

9.Make Space  - Look into your closet, wardrobe, book shelf many kinds of stuff such as books paper's or dresses which you don't need anymore can be discarded and donated rather than accumulating them. This way you bring life to your home too.

10. My Guru Mantra - Just do some work the moment you start feeling bored don't let it lead to procrastination and there are lot many things to do from laundry to washing to painting or just arranging your bookshelf. Remember BOREDOM is all in the mind don't let it conquer your body.

P.S hope after reading this next time you will wait to get bored because boredom is actually so much to do with.

Assam diaries - top 10 attraction of ASSAM

By - Sudipta Barman

Having shifted my base to Assam from a ever buzzing city named Kolkata, gave me an unique exposure to a delightful creation of mother nature. Assam, the tea maker of India is blessed with hills and greener in its purest form. The mystic land of Assam covered with lofty blue hills is the gateway to the northeast frontiers of India.

Beginning with the mythological tales by Grandmother, I had heard a lot about the mighty Brahmaputra river that flows down from Tibet to meander through Assam. But, Assam is much more than the mythological conections and tea cultivation. The state is a beautiful amalgamation of culture, history, wildlife and civilisation.
So, to experience the true taste of Assam, we must visit certain places. I intend to give you a low down on the important sites of Assam which may or may not feature in your tourist guide handbook. Here you go with the list of destination you would love to visit with your family, friends or even on a lone voyage!

Legends reveal that her "yoni" or vagina fell here, making it one of the most sacred of Shaktipitas.

Mrs. Funnybones sent me on a laughter riot!

#Book review  #Mrs.Funnybones

Crisply written pieces woven together to make a perfect light-hearted satire. In each page, I feel she has served her soul with a touch of fun, drama, and sensibility of progressive Indian women. The writing is much evolved compared to other Indian authors I have read.

Beautifully written, articulate in thoughts takes me to a different level of Indian English literature, it doesn't let me feel bored for a moment. I admire the sensibility of this book, each chapter had me hooked to it, till the last page I didn’t feel monotonous. In  every page I could imagine Twinkle Khanna, and her family in the role playing.

Writing style is original and independent. Every paragraph is a reflection of her depth of knowledge. The length of the book is enough to keep one engaged for three days and end in a soulful manner before boredom sets in. Unique in writing style, author gives a freshness to otherwise daily routine of an Indian married woman.

A former Bollywood actress,(laughs away on her acting skills) who has an awesome sense of humour, writes in various leading newspapers as a columnist and attempts a bare heart satire on everything under the sun, including politics, socialites and her daily routine as a wife, daughter, daughter in law and a mother.
